Starting Cities For Humans and Half-Elves

Most of the other races that are not one of the two above have only one starting city, so they aren't very confusing in terms of "where am I going to start?" These two races, however, can start in more than one city, and what city or cities they can start in is dependent on both the class that you choose and the religion you choose. Note that if nothing appears in the box, that race and class combo can not start in that city at all.
